Service Technician

We’re looking for a technician/route service person with problem solving and mechanical skills to service and collect part of our Bulk Vending route (Toy Capsule Machines). 

Qualifications

• Good communication skills, both written and verbal

• Self managing

• Excellent problem solving, negotiation and conflict resolution skills

• Effective time management skills, with ability to meet deadlines

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining flexibility

• Be able to work occasional night/weekends/emergencies when required

• Capable of lifting 50+ lbs on a consistent basis

• Be able to keep track of, and manage routes, locations and collections

• Be comfortable staying in hotels upwards of 12 nights a month.

• Ability to drive for extended periods of time

• Valid driver’s license, a company vehicle and gas card will be provided

• Be comfortable handling and depositing currency

Responsibilities and Duties

• Collect and service Bulk machines containing prizes, such as small toys, and candy

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs 

• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely and effective solutions

• Documenting and reporting of all collections and issues

• Identify opportunities for product and service improvements based on customer feedback

• Driving to multiple counties across California

Pay: $18 / hour

Job Type: full time, contract based

Schedule:

• 8 - 12 Hours
